Headless Content Management System
헤드리스 CMS
An architecture that separates content management from the front-end interface and delivers content through APIs.
Periodically regenerating selected static pages in the background without rebuilding the entire site. Explore its purpose and practical applications.
ISR (증분 정적 재생성)
Popularized by Next.js, ISR first generates static HTML as SSG does. After a configured revalidation interval, such as 60 seconds, a subsequent visitor triggers background regeneration of that page. Visitors immediately receive the cached version, which may be slightly stale, while a new version is prepared for later requests. This stale-while-revalidate pattern suits news and e-commerce sites with many pages where rebuilding everything at once would be inefficient.
Combines fast static delivery with periodic updates to the underlying data.
Choose revalidation intervals with the stale-while-revalidate cache behavior in mind.
